Doug Shaw is often asked to speak at conferences, and with organisations. Under the broad heading of engagement, Doug shares his experiences, good and bad, of leadership, customer and employee service, social media, and HR. You can read feedback from some of these talks here. Forthcoming Events

Doug is organising Leap Day on 29th February 2012. This is an interactive event designed to explore the opportunities for bringing art and business closer together.

Doug will be running an interactive session on using social tools to encourage participation and engagement for the HR community at Hays London City offices on March 28th 2012. More details will be available soon.

Doug is speaking about Social Media in HR at the CIPD HR Development event in London on April 25th 2012. Click here for more details. He is also co-hosting the Twitterversity sessions at the same event on April 25th and 26th with Gareth Jones.
